Ayuralpha is a complete ayurvedic health product provider. The products listed may be supplied directly by Ayuralpha or you can get them from Amazon.in and all the major medical shops and supermarkets.

All our products are a result of long-term research and trial. They are formulated by Ayurvedic principles and effective to most of the people. You are advised to follow a healthy diet and consume our products for desired results. But, we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that are caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Postage and Packaging

All items are posted to the address provided by you in your registration or to an alternative address if directed by you. You acknowledge and accept that we have no control over the postal system and we have no liability in respect of items that are not received by you after we have dispatched them. Due to the nature of these products, we advise that either you or a chosen representative is able to receive the order and place it in a safe place. If the packaging is opened after delivery, we will have no liability to you for lost or damaged items or for what third parties find out about you as a result.

Cancellation of an order

You have the right to cancel any order that is placed by calling our customer service within the cut-off period. But once the order is despatched, it cannot be cancelled. In the case of any Free Offers Provided by the Company, it shall stand implied that the purchase of the product offered as free and will not be eligible for purchase. On Breach of such condition, the respective order would be deemed as cancelled.

Return policy

As an ayurvedic service provider, we follow a no-return or exchange policy. But if you receive a damaged product, you can opt for exchange by contacting our customer service.
