Return and Refund policy

At Ayuralpha, we strive to give the best shopping experience possible for every customer.
But as an ayurvedic service and product provider, we have strict to some policies for cancellation, return and refund of the products.

Order cancellation

You can cancel the order until it has been despatched by calling our customer service team. But, once the order is despatched, it can not be cancelled.


As we are providing Ayurvedic products, we do not follow a return or exchange policy. But, you have the right to apply for an exchange if the delivered product is damaged.
In such situations, contact our customer service within 2 days of the products being delivered. Do not send the purchased product back, but make sure that you provide the receipt number for a smooth exchange process. We can not accept any exchange request without the receipt number.


Refund will be processed within 10 working days upon the cancellation of orders. Please note that certain banks take longer than this period for the amount to reflect in your account.

If you are returning the damaged product, we will process the refund only after it is received and inspected. We will email you to notify you that we have received the item and also about the approval or rejection of your refund.
In that case, your refund will be processed only after the approval, You will receive the refund in the original payment method within 10 working days after the approval.

*Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
*Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
